Let's be honest, the biggest reason why most people skip exercising is due to the crunch of time. While managing personal and professional life, we hardly get time to take care of our health, which should be our top priority. If you are among those who don't find time to engage in any kind of workout throughout the week, then there is good news for you. As per science, even if you exercise over the weekends, it can prove to be beneficial for you.
After torturing yourself throughout the week rushing to workouts, work/school and life you crash on the weekends. In my opinion, weekends are the best time to workout. If you want to workout five days a week, fine! Just space it out to make it less stressful. Take two of your busiest work days off to rest and workout on the weekends instead.
